These terms cover use of our public website and Media Control service. They do not by themselves constitute a campaign booking or publisher agreement. Separately agreed campaign, publisher and service terms govern the commercial arrangement and take precedence for that arrangement if they conflict with these general terms.
2. Accounts and authority
You may create an account after confirming your email. Partner access is limited to the organisations and permissions assigned to you. Ownership verification is required for self-added sites and advertiser brands before campaigns can run. Use accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share an account or attempt to view or change another organisation’s records without authority.
If you act for a publisher or advertiser, you must have authority for the actions you take. Only people with the relevant permissions may manage records or approve spending and artwork. Removing access does not cancel an existing booking or erase a lawful payment obligation.
3. Bookings and commercial terms
Confirm the placements, prices, revenue share, campaign dates, budget, approval responsibilities, payment terms, any taxes and any cancellation or refund terms in the relevant agreement before committing. Amounts in the service are shown in South African rand. Public examples are illustrative and are not a quotation or a promise of available inventory.
A draft plan or uploaded artwork is not approval to run a campaign. The required approvals must be completed. Pausing delivery is not necessarily cancellation of a booking, and it does not reverse delivery or obligations already incurred. Contact Diretsa to resolve booking, billing or delivery discrepancies under your agreed terms.
4. Artwork, ownership and acceptable use
You retain your rights in material you supply. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use it and its destination links. You authorise Diretsa and the relevant delivery providers and publishers to store, check, transmit and display that material only as needed to provide the agreed campaign and maintain required records.
Artwork and advertising must comply with applicable South African law and the relevant publisher’s requirements. Do not supply unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing content, malicious code, or personal information without a lawful basis. Technical or live approval does not certify that an advertisement is legally compliant.
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with delivery, scrape private records, falsify results, or misuse the service. Diretsa may restrict access or delivery where reasonably necessary to protect people, the network or legal compliance; we will explain the reason where lawful and practical.
The Diretsa name, website and service materials belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or grant permission to imply an endorsement.
5. Reporting and AI advice
Reports reflect the delivery and financial records available to the service. Impressions, clicks and click-through rates do not establish sales, leads or return on advertising spend. Delivery data can be delayed or corrected; flag discrepancies before relying on them for reconciliation.
The optional Analyst gives AI-generated, advisory answers. These can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the underlying evidence and obtain appropriate professional advice when needed. The Analyst cannot approve spending or change campaigns. No audience size, revenue or campaign outcome is guaranteed by these website terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, third-party outages and other interruptions may affect availability or reporting. Any agreed service levels, remedies and allocation of responsibility belong in the relevant commercial agreement.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law and its agreements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right that South African law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and POPIA requests. Our cookie notice explains browser storage and related technology. Using the website is not blanket consent to marketing or unrelated processing.
Publishers, advertisers and external sites have their own obligations and privacy notices. Linking to a site does not mean we endorse it or control its contents. Partners must meet their own obligations for audience data, newsletter recipients and advertising technology.
8. Changes, governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by South African law. Contact Aha Core Pty Ltd using the details above to raise a service concern or dispute. These terms do not remove your right to use a competent court, regulator or another dispute process available under law or your agreement.
We may update these website terms and will show the effective date. Material changes affecting partner use will be communicated appropriately. Updates do not retrospectively change an agreed campaign or publisher contract without the agreement or legal basis required for that change.
