The workflow
From available ad space to a campaign report.
Publishers supply the placements. Advertisers supply the brief and budget. Diretsa brings planning, approvals and reporting together.
- 01
Set the brief
Publishers define their sites, available ad spaces and prices. Advertisers set the campaign dates, audience and budget in rand.
- 02
Plan and approve
A campaign plan brings the budget and placements together. The people authorised to approve spend review the buy before approval.
- 03
Check and deliver
Artwork is checked against the placement size and destination link before live approval. Campaign delivery is tracked through impressions and clicks.
- 04
Report and reconcile
Advertisers review campaign results. Publishers review reported earnings. Operators track commitments, delivery and recorded invoices.
Who does what?
Publishers manage sites and placements according to their permissions. Advertisers work with campaign plans, artwork and results. Diretsa administrators manage network access and the operations available to them.
Before any campaign starts
Agree the placements, prices, budget, dates, artwork requirements, reporting scope and approval responsibilities. Publisher revenue share and payment terms should be confirmed with Diretsa, not inferred from delivery figures.
