Advertiser payments
- Top up your prepaid balance by card through Paystack in Billing. Each top-up is at least R100 and at most R50,000.
- Bookings start at R100. The budget is held when approved. You pay only for delivery at the booked price, never more than the budget. Undelivered money returns to your balance.
- Pause any time to stop further delivery and charges.
- Credit accounts with monthly invoices are available by agreement with Diretsa. Download PDF invoices and paid top-up receipts in Billing.
- No VAT is charged. Aha Core (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT.
Publisher earnings
- Publishers receive 70% of paid media revenue unless agreed otherwise. Diretsa keeps 30% for running the network, ad server and payments.
- Follow earnings by placement in Earnings. Add bank details in Payouts; they are checked with the bank. We keep only the last four digits of bank accounts.
- Payouts are monthly from the 7th, by bank transfer through Paystack, once earnings reach R200. Smaller amounts carry over.
- Payouts to new or changed bank details start 7 days later.
- Delivery you report yourself (not counted by Diretsa's ad server or the Diretsa player) is held for the advertiser's 30-day dispute window, then paid in the next monthly payout.
Money under review
- Disputes and chargebacks may hold money while they are checked.
